Siftingsieve provides professional passport photo services. Our services include taking, processing, and printing passport and ID photos that comply with official requirements for various documents, including but not limited to:

• Finnish passports and ID cards
• International passports
• Visa applications
• Residence permits
• Driver's licenses
• Other official identification documents

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, images, logos, and designs) are owned by Siftingsieve and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws.

3.1 Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Website for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our materials
• Using any material for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3.2 Photo Ownership

When we take passport photos for you:

• You own the rights to your own image
• We retain copyright ownership of the photographs as creative works
• You receive a license to use the photographs for the intended purpose (official documentation)
• We may retain copies of photos for a limited time for quality assurance and potential reorders

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Website and services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using our services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• All information you provide to us is truthful and accurate
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information
• Your use of our Website and services does not violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Booking and Payments

5.1 Appointments

While we accept walk-ins, appointments can be made through our Website, by phone, or by email. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or other legitimate reasons.

5.2 Payments

Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods including major credit cards and cash. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

5.3 Refunds

If your passport photos are rejected by an official authority due to a technical error on our part (incorrect size, background, etc.), we will retake your photos at no additional charge. To qualify for a refund or retake:

• You must present documentation from the rejecting authority clearly stating the reason for rejection
• You must notify us within 30 days of the original photo session
• The rejection must be due to our failure to meet technical requirements, not due to changes in your appearance or changes in requirements after the photos were taken

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siftingsieve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Any content obtained from the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Website or services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for services within the past six months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siftingsieve and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Website or our services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Website or these Terms of Use shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
